2004-04-26 - 8:43 a.m. When asked how long the government will let the strike by the Hospital Employees Union (HEU) go on, Health Minister Colin Hansen had this to say: "We'll be watching it on a day to day basis...I certainly do want to see it get to the point where the number of surgeries cancelled can't be made up in a reasonably short period of time." What? This is people's health we're talking about and you don't care if it doesn't end tomorrow? Do you even want it to end tomorrow? Do you care, Colin Hansen? It seems that he isn't disturbed by the fact that it could drag on....
