2004-05-23 - 7:59 a.m. The other day, I went out for a run and I realized something about phys ed. class in high school. It really is designed for the strongest people in the class. Like the running: if you can't run well to start, too bad. They don't put you on a program or give you any tips other than "pace yourself." The first gym class I had we had to run a mile and we were graded. That's great if you used to run all the time.
