They'll never make anybody happy with any of these proposed plans for the Woodward's building, even the "Westbank"(?) proposal they just accepted.
So, they should get over it. If they will always have at least one extremely vocal and unhappy party, why not do the one thing to the Woodward's building that will make EVERYONE unhappy? Blow it up and make a parking lot. No fancy shops or condos, and no social housing and community centre. Just blow the damn thing up and add a parking lot. A pay parking lot.
